Top Keyword Rankings
The key goal for Perpetua Fitness was to rank higher in Google search results for a number of competitive keywords such as “spin studio dublin’’ “hyrox training dublin’’ and “CrossFit dublin.” These keywords were essential to attracting more traffic to their website and increasing bookings and membership.
Increased Organic Traffic
Another goal Perpetua Fitness had was to drive a significant increase in organic traffic to their website by making their content more visible to potential clients.

With increased traffic, it was also crucial to track how well these visits translated into key conversions like class sign-ups.
OUR SOLUTION
Comprehensive SEO Strategy
We started with a thorough keyword analysis, identifying high-potential keywords across Perpetua’s gym and training offerings. Our on-page SEO improvements included optimising Page Titles, H1 tags, and content layout to align with our target keywords that were identified in our Keyword Analysis We also ensured that we added insightful and unique content to all of the key pages.
Technical SEO Enhancements
Next, we implemented technical improvements including reclaiming & redirecting old domains related to Perpetua Fitness and setting up 301 redirects to capture traffic and improve site authority. We created and submitted an XML Sitemap file to ensure all key pages were indexed by Google. We also made improvements to the website loading time and page speed to enhance user experience and boost rankings.
Content Creation & Optimisation
With our technical SEO in place, we then developed and optimised content that matched user interest to improve rankings for target search terms, including “spin studio dublin” (then ranking at position #19), “pregnancy exercise classes dublin” (then ranking at position #66) and “hyrox training dublin” (then not ranking at all).
We also identified trending topics and built key website pages around topics that had the highest search volume and correct intent. One example was the landing page we created to showcase Perpetua Fitness’ Taylor Swift Spin Class, which took place when Swift was performing her Eras Tour in Dublin. The resulting page received over 120 Clicks and over 2,000 impressions from organic users.
Conversion Tracking Setup
Finally, we set up advanced tracking in Perpetua’s Google Analytics. This was a key step to ensure we could monitor organic traffic, and analyse key events such as sign-ups and consultations, allowing for data-driven decisions going forward.
