The Challenge
Sculpt Pilates wanted to improve their SEO and make sure that anyone searching for Pilates or reformer Pilates classes in Naas/Kildare landed on their website rather than competitors or third-party booking platforms.
At the time, their organic visibility was limited. High-intent local searches were being missed, and it was difficult to clearly understand how SEO was contributing to enquiries and bookings.
The Objective
The goal was to increase visibility for non-branded Pilates and reformer Pilates searches in Naas, strengthen local search presence, and accurately track conversions so performance could be measured against real business outcomes.
Our SEO Approach
We focused on sustainable, long-term growth rather than short-term traffic spikes.
We started with in-depth keyword analysis to identify high-search-volume terms with clear commercial and local intent. Keywords were prioritised based on search demand, competitiveness, and their likelihood to convert into enquiries or bookings.

Organic growth was driven primarily by non-branded searches, capturing users actively looking for Pilates and reformer Pilates classes in Naas, even if they had never heard of the studio before.

As visibility increased, branded searches also grew, reflecting stronger brand awareness and repeat interest.
This combination shows SEO delivering at both stages of the journey, attracting new, high-intent customers through non-branded keywords, while reinforcing brand recognition through branded search growth.
Core website pages were then optimised around these keywords, improving page structure, headings, content depth, and internal relevance to better match search intent.
Local SEO was a key part of the strategy. A fully optimised Google Business Profile was created and aligned closely with on-site content, with consistent NAP details throughout. The profile was also integrated into the website to strengthen local SEO signals.

To capture additional long-tail and voice-search queries, we built location-specific FAQs that addressed common questions people search before booking Pilates classes.
Finally, strategic internal linking was implemented to strengthen topical authority, improve crawlability, and direct link equity toward key conversion pages. Accurate conversion tracking was also put in place to ensure SEO performance was measured beyond traffic alone.
